Get to Know Sophia
Sophia received her Master’s degree in Social Work from Tulane University in 2021. Sophia has experience working with individuals navigating addiction recovery, trauma, and life transitions. Before becoming a therapist, Sophia was a case manager at the Covenant House of New Orleans, and has experience as a pastry chef assistant and a production assistant in the film/television industry.
Sophia is warm, compassionate, and draws on her own experiences as a person in addiction recovery to create a space where clients feel safe, supported, and understood. Sophia utilizes Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Narrative Therapy to help clients discover new ways of moving forward in their lives.
